Well I swallowed accidentally a chicken bone while I was taking my dinner, the bone went down painfully trough and moments later I started to feel a pain in the walls of my troath from the upper neck as the bone has come all the way scratching and left a painful graze along my troath. 8 Hours had passed by and the pain has subsantially increased when I swallow. I dont think the bone is there, cause discomfort is barely present when im not Swallowing or not touching my troat, i can speak painlessly but when I push my troath bone I feel pain (Isnt as much as I think It would be with a bone inside) althought i have eaten plenty of food with minimun discomfort right after the injury, But now pain is starting to increase and Im worried cause discomfort is much more noticeable now. What can I do to treat my injured esophagus, also i take metadone for Heroin addiction, i have 2 years clean, but I think analgesic effects of methadone helped with the pain right after i injured but weared out as the day went by....
