Weird Pain In Chest Are With Difficulty In Breathing

Hello, i am having this wierd pain in mu chest in my heart area, it is hard for me to breathe but i can take shallow breaths. It feels like a cramp, because if i move too much it hurts. I have had this roblem a few times before, it usually goes away after a while. I am 15 years of age. Can you please help me understand what is going on?

Your problem is most likely costochondritis. Pain on palpation is characteristic for this. For my patients with such condition i treat with diclofenac or nimusulide gel for local application. I give this two drugs for oral intake also if pain is more. Because it is chest, you can avoid the confusion on heart by having an ECG.
