Weakness In Arms At Wrist, Chills Across Top Of Head. Low Vitamin B12, Taking Shot. Reason?

I get a weakness that starts in both arms at wrist and suddenly goes all way up arms then I have chills run across top of my head. No pain in head but arms feel so weak that I just have to sit still til it passed. this usually only last just few minutes. started out maybe every 2-3 weeks. I had one this week and it was only about a week ago since last one. It feels very strange. Talked to my MD and said my vit. D was low n put me on prescribed vit D, said could cause weakness. I have been on vit for about a month. my B 12 was also very low n been getting shot for 3 months. just wondering what problem could be?

Hi, of course it is true that you have defeciency of vit. D,but there might be concomitant cervical spondylosis , in the begening it could be intermitent, latter it may become continuous. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon also, there might be gastric irritation also which can cause such weekness. Thank you.
