Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Feeling of weakness, thirsty and hungry even after meals may be due to a number of reasons. One thing like you have mentioned it may be due to stress. Other possibility is any Thyroid hormone abnormality. Due to variations in levels of thyroid hormones especially in Hyperthyroidism weakness, thirst and excessive hunger occurs even after meals. Weight also doesn't increase instead it decreases. Due to hyperthyroid state anxiety occurs and which further increases the problem. Over all a vicious cycle ensues.
I will advise you to visit a good Psychiatrist and take opinion. Get your thyroid levels checked.

Thanks
