Although you have not mentioned your age, the feeling of weakness could be due to excessive pressure which you have to urinate. This is usually the case in a condition known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and the condition can sometimes lead to syncope during urination. You should avoid lifting heavy weights and vigorous cardiovascular exercises.
