Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description and thoroughly understood it. My dear, why worry so much, for our life is for us to live happily or sadly, decision is ours.

You went through a stress period and you became worried about it. Stress cannot lower your libido but the anxiety related to it can. Penis cannot be made weak by stress but anxiety associated with it surely can.

I conclude that you might have developed PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and anxiety arising out of it. But nothing to worry because almost everyone goes through lean periods in their life.

You will come out of this troubling situation slowly and steadily and it might take some time, may be a year so. Till then please don;t carry any negative feelings. Just thing "Everything will be alright".

In the meantime, you can have a professional help from a psychological counselor. I suggest Stress disorder therapy.

I hope I answered your query to your satisfactory level. Available for further queries you may have.
Good luck.
