Watery Diarrhea, Mild Stomach Cramps, Stomach Rumbling, Congestion In The Chest And Dry Cough. Advice

My husband has had watery diarrhea 6-8 times a day since Thursday with mild stomach cramps and lots of stomach rumbling. He also has chest congestion and a dry cough. He woke up last night, needing to go to the toilet, and felt sweaty. When he returned to bed the sheets and pillow were wet. I don't think our thermometer is working because it keeps saying his temp is around 96.5.
