Was very strong very active easily accomplish hard physical farm work by choice. I don't drink or do illegal drugs. Occasional caffein drinks but not daily. Was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 20 yrs ago and taking tramadol for pain daily, metaxalon for muscles tightening and drawing up as needed and chlorazepate for the anxiety and bruxism that is my response to pain. Sometimes duloxetine for a short period. All fibro related. I'm going to a GP. I began having spells of absolute exhaustion that washed over me suddenly and would go into a deep sleep state. I could not fight sleep off. Narcolepsy ? Then started having AVTacycardia episodes with very minor exertion so dr prescribed metroprolol er 50 mg Was having horrible roaring in ears but metroprolol stopped that. Also potassium is low so it was prescribed. AVT Still happening if I do anything and if I manage to go to store or do housework or work outside for short time I am exhausted as if all my batteries are totally drained and I sleep at least 15 hrs a day for 3 days to recover. I hate it. I am 61 but I am not old. What kind of doctor should I see. I went to a cardiologist several years ago for previous heart issues like this and he did heart Cath and said arteries were clear should I go to an Internist Cardiologist or what.
