Was Diagnosed With Pharyngitis. Had Sore Throat And White Patches On Tonsils. What Is Wrong?

Ok I was diagnosed with pharyngitis I had a sore throat white patches on tonsils and really swollen tonsils and lymph nodes. I did not take the medicine to get rid of infection is it possible since I didn t take medicine it could spread and cause pain under left side of tongue and pain in left jaw and ear headaches also a white looking bump under my tongue the bump is not painful to touch at all

hello. it is possible that the infection has spread, i would recommend you meet your ENT doctor and please take the antibiotics if he asks you to do so. thanks
