Vomiting, Unable To Take Deep Breaths. Tests Normal. Pleurisy Suspected. Oophorectomy, Appendectomy Done. Suggestions?

april 9th I had an oopherectomy and appendectomy (at the same time). I have been doing pretty well, and this past Sunday threw up about 2:00 a.m. from eating something that didn't agree with my stomach. Now, yesterday and today, whenever I try to take a deep breath it feels like I can't. I went to the Dr. and my BP was 120/70, Oxegen was 98, breathing test was normal, pulse normal, and weight fine. She mentioned it could be Pleurisy or if I get more severe chest pains a blood clot. Today I still feel like I can't breath, and am getting panicky feeling from it. Should I go to the ER?

Hi, on 9th of april you have appendicectomy and oophorectomy, now you are having vomiting, and difficulty breathing, all tests normal.
Most probably it appears to be the gastric hyperacidity, caused by indigestion or infection of the stomach.
I to my patients usually prescribe a combination of omeprazole and domperidone. Thank you.
