Varying Heart Rate, Numbness In Hand. Normal Blood Tests, ECG. Any More Tests To Be Done?

I am getting weird heart rates varying from 60-85 interminnelty, some numbness in my hand or feet alternating some time left sometimes right. I got a ECG (holter) and hypertension monitoring done for 24 hours. All turned out fine, apart from the heart rate which the doc said averaged 61-65. I have been getting a neck massage done as I was having dizziness when I got up from bed or due to weird positions of my neck. The heart rate flutter test was also okay as per the doc. What other tests should I get done, all blood tests were normal as well. Not sure what is really the problem. The GP said it is anziety nothing else.. but I need to be absolutely sure that nothing is wrong with my heart.

     The rate has day to day variation / as also different times of the same day / several factors affect – including breathing, eating, emotions and so on / Your rate is in normal range / If there are no clues with all these investigations, you do NOT need more tests...
     [Theoretically, there are advanced techniques of investigations of increasing complexity – Electro Physiological Studies (EPS) > it resembles angio – a catheter is put inside the heart / electrical activity recorded / stimulation and suppression tests are carried out / suitable medicine tested and so on. Though the test is the gold standard, it is INVASIVE and has a risk (though minimal) and is not generally done unless there are compelling indications. This super-speciality expert is called ELECTRO-PHYSIOLOGIST... ]
