Using melas lotion for acne scars. Is it an effective medication? Any side effects?

Hi,, I have a problem of acne and scars,,,, due to acne n scars my skin is become dark ..... Now I have started melas lotion and cream,, Is it real effective or not ? And what I have to do to remove this acne and scars . And I also want to improve my skin complexion and glowing skin,,, And melas cream has any side effect ???

Depending on severity of acne
If black heads end white heads and few raised pimples apply clindamycin 2%cream in morning and in combination with adaoalene at night
If raised bumps, few pus filled add oral azithromycin pulse dosage
If nodulocystic oral isotretinion is helpful

treatment has to be taken under prescription by a dermatologist
salicylic peels can be done for acne

For scars , depending on type microdemabrasion, dermaroller, subscission, fractional laser can be done as advised by doctor.

these procedures will may improve tone and complection

melas cream is an ayurvedic prepration for scars and pigmentation buy may have side effects like redness or dryness so use it under expert observation
