Urine Examination Result Shows
hi, i m 46 years old female. pls interpret my urinalysis result. back is aching on the left side from just below the shoulder up to my pelvis. here s the result: color- yellow appearance - clear specific gravity - 1.010 reaction- acidic sugar- neg albumin- neg epithelial cells - few pus cells- 0-3/hpf RBC- 0-1/hpf amorphous urates- occassional bacteria- occassional does this result indicate a UTI? thanks!

Your urine analysis is normal.RBC presence may be due to various reasons but it is just 0-1 so it should be due to just normal wear and tear and there is no UTI.

report does not suggest urinary infection
pain you have is not due to infection on urine it may be renal or pancreas related .
better to consult surgeon and do sonography
if needed x ray may be help
but you must concern it as it is not a normal pain
