Urinating At Regular Intervals, Urine Passes In Good Amount, Feeling Weak. Taking Alfoo, Bactrium DS

hello doctor i m abhishek, for the past 7 yrs i hav been suffering from urine problem. i go for urination again n again after regular intervals of 15 minutes or 30 minutes or sometimes 45 minutes and that too urine passes in maximum amount.
And as a result i feel weakness a lot ... now i m being treated in AIIMS by Dr. prabhjot singh senior urologist.... and now m taking tablet alfoo and bactrim DS.

Alfoo ( alfuzocin ) is drug uses in benign prostate enlargement ( BPH), WHILE BACTERIM D S is an antibacterial drug for UTI.
As you mentioned that you are having urine trouble ( urine passes after every 30-40 minutes interval.
May be due to .
1 Enlargement of prostate , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of prostate .Also get in test of prostatic specific antigen ( psa) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination.
2 Tension may be the next reason .
3 Diabetes may be the another reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by HBA 1 C and blood sugar level examination.
In my opinion consult one more urologist and get his opinion.
