Urge To Pass Motions, Stools Not Coming Out, Had Blood In Stools, Had Been Diagnosed With Fissure Earlier. Worrisome?
Sir, Past 2 to three days i am having disturbed stools movement, usually past three days i am going 5 to 6 time for passing stools or stool coming not at once but forcing me to go for 5 to 6 time a day to pass stool and today i had lot of blood with my stool (as i have also diagnosed with fissure earlier) but i am worried

Thanks for your query.You have difficulty in passing stools and you have passed blood with stools.Normally there is always a severe pain in anal fissure.Most likely you have internal piles that is bleeding Pl consult surgeon who will carry on proctoscopic examination to confirm the same.Pl take some stool softener like Softovac granules or Naturolax granules to soften the stools.If you have Internal piles then you may need band ligation or operation of haemorrhoidectomy.depending on the degree pf piles.
