Urge For Frequent Urination, Bladder Pressure, Dark Cloudy Urine. Reason?

For 3 weeks have had the feeling that I have to pee and bladder pressure even after I went. My md took urine test and culture but Don't have a uti what could it be? Went to gyno he took urine sample it was dark color and cloudy so he sent it to get cultured still waiting for results but he gave me cipro for twice a day and for 3 days still no relief. Do get strong feeling in my vagina to. Please help.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed acute UTI.

You have been prescribed Ciprofloxacin twice daily and there is no satisfactory response after3 days of taking medicine.

Please get urine culture and sensitivity done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Continue taking ciprofloxacin along with urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin twice daily .and switch on to appropriate antibiotic as er culture report which will be availablke within 72 hours.

Ensure to drink more water.
