Upper Stomach Cramping Spasms Between Rib Cage, Yellow Watery Diarrhea. No Fever Or Food Poisoning. Gallbladder Related?
I've been having upper stomach cramping spasms like between my rib cage with yellow watery diarrhea for almost a week now I don't have food poisoning or a fever so I don't know what it is I'm thinking it might be gallbladder related never had a history of gallbladder problems I just don't know what else it could be any answers?
Hi ! Even if you are not having fever, it could be a food poisoning and the infection possibly is persisting in your case. As a routine you should get your stool tested for ova and cyst, along with a culture sensitivity, and show the report to your family physician. Based on the report, he may also refer you for a review by the gastroenterologist who may advise you for some special investigations if need be like an endoscopic evaluation of your stomach and intestines. Till that you may go for some probiotic drug and add curd to your diet and take plenty of liquids to prevent dehydration. Wishing you an early recovery.
