Underweight, Gained Extra Pounds, Been Gyming. Do I Suffer With A Disease Of Weight Gain?

i used to be underweight (97 lbs) with a height of 165 cm, i changed my style of eating to gain a few extra pounds but my body got out of control and suddenly i gained 60 lbs in 4 months, so i have been trying for 3 months now to loose weight by eating clean with daily calories ranges between 1500 - 700 and i hit the gym 4 times a week burning between 1500 - 2000 calories a day and i have an active lifestyle and i sleep well at night.
The problem that i haven't lost even 1 pound during this 3 months but i keep in gaining weight but with slower base.
is it possible that i have a certain disease making this weight gain?!
