Undergone Vasectomy. Small Lumps On Both Testicles, Sensitive. Is It Scar Tissue From Titanium Clips Used?

I had a vasectomy in feb this year. I was washing this morning and noticed two small lumps at the bottom of both testicles that were pretty sensitive. They could have been there since the vasectomy, and I hadn't noticed. They seem to correspond to the incision site as well... Is this possibly scar tissue from the titanium clips they used?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your descriptions of bumps in the incision area point towards the healed incision wound which appears as small bumps under the skin. The skin of scrotum is very thin and after surgery, the incision site heals with formation of granulation tissue. This healing can give rise to small bumps under the skin which you are probably feeling. It is a normal occurrence.

Hope this helps.
