Under Depression, Anxiety. Laying On Bed For Few Seconds Could Not Breath, Open Mouth, Eyes, Move Hands. Why?

Well, this morning I was laying in bed, I closed my eyes for a second just to think about life in general. & while I was laying there, I couldn't breathe, I couldn't open my mouth, move my hands, or open my eyes, I also heard this squealing . It lasted about 20 seconds. When it was all done, I was confused, so I closed my eyes again, and it happened again.
I do have alot going on in my life, such as depression, & anxiety.
I tried googling the cause of this, but nothing came up.
I know for a fact that I was awake.
What could've cause this?
I'm a 14 year old girl, & I actually have a fear of sleeping now.
I may sound crazy, but I thought it was something paranormal..

Hi and thanks for the query,

Its not unusual to experience what really did experience. But it could be important to know exactly if you have gone through any specific traumatic events lately. Hallucinations (seeing or hearing or living things that really do not exist) could be experienced, especially in the very young when they go through serious stressful events. If this is not the first time, or if it repeats itself, the opinion of a psychologist or psychiatrist would be my advice. For now, I suggest you stay calm, feel positive about life, talk to loved ones and do regular exercise to feel more good. Thanks and kind regards.
