Unable To Ejaculate After Having Stent Placed. Due To Ureteroscopy?

I had a ureteroscopy a week ago and have a stent in right now. My girlfriend will not have sex with me until the stent is out. I took matters into my own hands and masturbated tonight. I felt the urge of orgasm and was expecting to ejaculate but nothing came out. I waited a few hours and tried again same results. Is this due to the surgery I had or is it a different issue?

greetings.

normally the stents are placed in your ureters.
these lie above the opening for the semen in your urethra, and thats why they do not come in the way of semen flow,so therefore they ideally should not pose any obstruction.

are you able to pass your urine normally?
is it painful?
is there any blood still coming out?

try to avoid doing it till stents are out.

and also do consult your doctor for the same.
