Unable to digest any outside food.

every night i'm feeling indigeton i'm unable to digest any outside food i have visited apollo & they gave few tabs ( morning before BF & night after meals) if i'm using that tabs i'm feelng comfort... if not again problemstarts)

i think u cant digest outside because ur body make up is in such a way....i have the same problem....d best way to overcome this situation is avoid eating outside as much as u can...if u do eat ...have fruit saldads nd very less spice food..which u will be able to digest.
Another thing u need to do is statrting working out regularly....play sports,any sports very hardly over a long period for yaers.....which will slowly help u overcome this...

hi, u should follow the above recommendations and additionally drink lot of water as much as possible, which will aid in early digestion of food and free bowel movements to get rid of any acid reflux and also abdominal pain if any.

You are having gastric problem. Should start putting on your shoes and walk. That is the best solution.

Yes, I was also having and even now. But once I walk I am relieved. So you should do that. Also avoid spicy and sour foods.
