To reduce in weight you should not eat: carbohydrates(pasta, pizza, bread, etc), potato, egg yolk, animal fat, meat(2-3 times a week). You need to eat: vegetables, green fruits, milk, fish(2-3 times a week). Also you need a lipid test to check your cholesterol, tryglicerid, LDL, HDL. If the indicators are high you need anti fat treatment.
