General & Family Physician 's  Response
The report shows pus cells which are indicative of infection.Thisinfection needs to be identified by a urine culture and a prostatic fluid culture, appropriate antibiotics as per the culture reports will need to be prescribed by your doctor. The total sperm count, normal morphology and motility are also on the lower side.Consultation with a Urologist may be needed apart from other investigations.
