Trouble To Swallow Certain Foods.

with certain foods ( rice, bread, steak ) even when properly chewed the food gets stuck in my throat and will just not go down. I must then drink liquids until the food is dislodged and brought back out. This has been recurring for many years but appears to be getting worse now. What could cause this ( extra bone ? )
