Dear Sir/ Ma'm
Thanks for your query to us.
You have described the symptoms in short. I would like to tell you that trembling in heart usually arise from a rhythm disorder of heart which may be benign or significant. This needs evaluation and correct diagnosis of rhythm disorder.
Heart pain can be due to re-blockade at site of LAD angioplasty, or a new blockade or it may not be related to blockade at all. Needs evaluation in detail.
Muscle weakness in such a patient can have many reasons. Good control of diabetes, hypertension and rationalization of drug therapy will help her.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
