Treatment For Watery And Yellow Stools Of Child And Gas?

My 3 months formula feed baby is having watery and bright yellow yeast like poop from 4 days. Till it was green or blackish green. Suffering a lot by gas and start taking less formula. He is taking Semithacon from day 10th till now. Its like urine, stool and crying all around my bed room. What to do? Please help!!!

Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
Continue simethicone drops as usual.
You may try sporolac sachetes one per day.
Continue feeds in spite if diarrhea.
ORS solution may be given about 30ml after each motion to prevent dehydration.
Usually subsides by 2-3 days other wise consult pediatrician
