Treatment For Swelling And Itching Above Ankle After An Insect Bite

Hello, I was bitten by something around 23 hours ago and it s starting to hurt/itch more and more, it s oozing a yellowish liquid and it s swollen, though the swelling has gone down since this morning. It s not an unbearable pain or itch, however it hurts whenever I walk because it s on my leg just above the ankle. Any suggestions? Thank you!
