hi, My nephew is 18 mnths old . He had cough and fever on and off from few weeks. Got his xray done which says that there is perinronchial cuffing in left lung but no collapse appeared. What is the treatment for this ? and is it a serious lung disorder for a young child ? why it is caused? and what dietary precautions he should take?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that he had either eosinophelia, or primary complex,or some cardiac problem.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, citrizine, phenilephrine, and diethyl carbamazine citrate till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
