Treatment For Colder Right Hand And Foot And Tingling Foot?

My right hand and my right foot has been colder than my left side for a couple of days now. Plus I have noticed when sitting still I have noticed my head moving a little side to side the bottom of my right foot is tingling like it has sitting on ice what type of doctor should I see. I am 47 years old and had gastric bypass surgery back in 2007.
