Treatment For Child Who Is Harming Himself?
I just found out my son is self harming - he's 15 yrs old. He wont talk much about, I have asked him to write down what he is thinking and what is upsetting him. His mum and I got divorced about 8 yrs ago. I only get him once or twice a month for the weekends. I need him to communicate when he's ready and not to be forced.
Do we both go to his GP or Psychologists ?
