welcome to Health care magic.
1.Gallbladder is not only the cause to have pain at right hypochondriac region ( right below rib cage)
2.The other reasons could be, once you are prone to calculus a CBD calculus can be expected with dilated ducts due to obstruction.
3.Inflamatory reaction around the gallbladder bed. Pancreatic causes, acid peptic diseases and finally the bowel pathology.
4.If you are my patient i would have start with an ultrasound abdomen pelvis to narrow down the causes.
5.Even it is scared get an appointment hope the best and get a complete blood test and ultrasound done.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
