Treating Dandruff And Acne
hello doctor....i m 23 years old and a female. i hve dandruff problem since last year. when i use anti- dandruff shampoo for a month, it gets finished. but after then it again comes. now i hve excess of dandruff that it has affected my face with acne ..my hair also falls a lot. please advise me what should i do to get rid of it???

Dandruff....it is due to...fungal, sebhorrhic.,
psoriasi, scapdermatitis, lichen planus...,
So evaluate the case and follow the treatment..,
in mean while...,
1) Use NOSKURF LOTION (Curatio)..,
every day night and follwing morning do..head bath.,
2) use shampoo ..KETACONAZOLE..,
3) TAB FLUCONAZOLE 150 MG WEEKLY FOR 3 WEEKS..,
4) Thorough dryness of hairrs after every head bath is need..,
