Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It means she is very likely having Coronary Artery Disease.
It means she will need Coronary Angiography for further assessment and assistance...

Depression of ST segment is due to ischemia (reduced blood supply).
Depression - 1 mm / 80 milliseconds after J point / horizontal or down-sloping is positive
Sometimes, this may become obvious only with increased demand (exercise).

You have not stated her age, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
She needs follow up / may be bypass or stent...
Discuss with your doctor

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
