I am 41 years old male and having high Blood pressure. My weight is 81 kg. I want to reduce my weight around 5 kgs and shape my abdomen. I am having dislocated sacrum due to some accident.I am thinking to have a treadmill at my home. Will it be a right decision to use that depending about my physical condition?

Hi and welcome to HCM..
I am really sorry for your dislocated sacrum thing..
I thank you for posting your query here and I'm definitely going to help you out..

I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

To be frank, 41 and 81 isn't too bad compared to other cases we get..
But as your said, you have to reduce further..

As far as we doctor's are concerned, we advise not to start anything new after 30 years of life..
So I'm hoping you have already used treadmill!

Can I know your height? Because we have to calculate BMI. Body mass index and plan accordingly..
And also, when did you meet with that accident?

Honestly, we do not advise treadmills to the previous fractured areas.. And hence, I would suggest you other options instead of treadmill.
Daily wear and tear is not advisable to dislocated sacrum.
What happens is, you'll land up with a new problem

Hence I suggest you to regulate your diet and do exercises which involve upper half of your body..
Hope this helps you, take care and God bless.. In case you need any further assistance, please let me know..
