Took Shots For Vitamin B6 And B12. Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Wheezing, Itchy Feeling In Penis, Less Sensitive Ejaculation. Infection From Vitamin Shots?

I have been shooting up the vitamin B 6 and B 12 more then I should apparently. I got sick in my chest, short of breath and whizzing. Then I got the itchy feeling in my penis. There is no pain just that itch and my ejaculation does not feel the same maybe less sensitive. I know it can't be a STD since I have only been with my wife and vice versa so did that Vitamin shot infect me down there?

I have gone through your history.
It is less likely that because of injection of vitamins, you have infection or itching over penis.
It might be due to some fungal other infection locally.

Shortness of breath may be becuase of vitamin deficiency itself . You nneed to consult your doctor to rule out any other condition.
