Toddler Urinating Only Three Times A Day, Drinking Plenty Fluids. Appetite Loss, Irregular Sleep Patterns. UTI Sign?

Hello! My toddler (2.5) has only urinated 3 times per day, in the last 2.5 days. She is drinking plenty of fluids but has a loss of appetite as well as some irregular sleep patterns (not sleeping through the night... wakes up crying from her naps - not normal for her). It has only been a few days but could this be signs of UTI?

does your child has acquired uti earlier.3 episodes of urine passing in 24 hrs is little less but if you are residing in a warm and humid climate thn it is ok.does she cry during passing urine or feel irritated or does she rubs very frequently around vagina.the symptoms you have mentioned cant point out towards uti in a child and even its not ruled out.but the symptoms i have mentioned if any one of them is present thn u can go for urine test.give normal diet and fluids to baby.and try to look for other reason like does she have itching around anal area in night which wakes her up ( a worm at this age is more common and causes disturbances in sleep ).
