Tissue under tongue swollen, skin flaps on either sides of spinal cord

under my tongue the tissue is swollen and sore and along either side of the spine there are skin flaps, very thin, varying widths, and rough shaped, ruffled almost at the edges. rinsing with salt water is a little releiving. i have been eating alot of indian food for a few days and then it happened... but today i tried eating other food and it has not gone away. i am not alergic anything. what is this?

Your tongue has ulcerated due to intake of too much of spicy foods.

Apply diclofenac gel on the affected site.

Maintain oral care.

Brush and floss your teeth regularly.

Use tongue scrapers to clean your teeth.

Avoid spicy foods.

Take plenty of fluids and nutritious diet.

Take vitamin becosules,iron supplements.
Take care.
