Tiredness, Sleepy, Sore Legs, Headaches. What Could Be This?

I have noticed I am extremely tired these days not necessarily aways sleepy but lacking the ability to do anything. My legs get sore quickly. My motivation and focus is nonexistent and lately i have wanted to move my legs more than usual. I also have almost daily headaches. I am a 21 year old male I am 5'10 and weigh 153 lbs I know I am just not myself and I cannot figure it out

thanks for writing to us. it seems like you are under emotional and physical stress.it would be advisable to consult your physician and get an investigation of complete hemogram done to find out if you are anaemic as that leads to irritability and tiredness. if you feel demotivated you can always consult a psychiatrist for counselling.

the cahnces can be sinusitis or local pressure on brain causing it
get scan for sinus and brain and consult the nerosurgeon or ent doctor to find th cause and treat accordingly
