Tingly And Numb Toes, Sore And Swollen Calf, Right Leg Pulsating Like Heart Beat. Treatment?
Hi yesterday after swimming for 30 minutes I went to sit on the pool steps. I sat down and the calf muscle on my right leg bunched up, poked out of my leg and started pulsating like a beating heart. The pain was horrible for about 3 minutes. During this time my toes were tingly and numb. Now my calf is very sore and swollen. This happened to me once before while I was sleeping about 6 months ago but that time my calf was not sore or swollen.
