Tingling And Twitching In Muscles, Cold Air Makes Intense Difficulty. Had Knee Cap Injury. Any Ideas?

I suffered a knee injury 8 months ago. I was diagnosed with bruised cartilage in the knee cap and stuck out of work for 3 months. The pain is gone, but I am suffering from constant discomfort. The muscles in that area tingle and twitch. Any pressure on the knee cap is very apparent and makes it difficult to sleep. Cold air from an air conditioner makes the discomfort more intense. Could you give me an idea of what the issue may be?

HI
Thank for Choosing Hcm, The knee injury is much common, most of time neglected,, if you have a knee injury then, the meniscus ( Is cartilege inside the knee joit fairly fregile structure ) is great concern, and for this go for MRI study of knee joint, have opinion from competent ortho-surgeon,,, please be in touch with HCM, have nice day
