Tightness In Neck, Head Pressure, Nausea, Light Sensitivity. Tried Nasal Spray. Hay Fever Symptoms?

I have bouts of severe tightness in neck , pressure in head, always on left side. Interfering with work as cannot think straight, have nausea and sensitivity to light. Been to ear throat specialist and was diagnoses with hayfever but although nose spray helped for a while it has come back. Nausea and dizziness often accompany the attacks.

hi
thanks for your query
as you describe you have allergic rhinitis
Allergic rhinitis is a group of symptoms affecting the nose. These symptoms occur when you breathe in something you are allergic to, such as dust, dander, or pollen.
Hay fever involves an allergic reaction to pollen
The best treatment is to avoid what causes your allergic symptoms
There are many different medicines to treat allergic rhinitis
For mild allergic rhinitis, a nasal wash can help remove mucus from the nose
Antihistamines work well for treating allergy symptoms
Nasal corticosteroid sprays are the most effective treatment for allergic rhinitis. They work best when used nonstop
Decongestants may also be helpful for reducing symptoms such as nasal stuffiness.Do not use nasal spray decongestants for more than 3 days.
The leukotriene inhibitor( Singulair ) help control asthma and relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies.
Allergy shots (immunotherapy) if you cannot avoid the allergen and your symptoms are hard to control
