Weight loss generally takes about 6 months after your hypothyroidism has been controlled. In addition, you have to follow a strict diet and exercise regime.
a. Have an early dinner
b. Never skip breakfast.
c. Have 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
d. Avoid sugar, junk food, fried food etc
e. Exercise daily for 45-50 minutes. This would be a brisk walk, jog, skipping, swimming etc
f. Have 2-3 litres of water in a day
g. In the whole month,, you should be consuming 0.5 litres of oil. this includes the oil which will get added to your vegetables.
