There Is A Slimy (medical Term?) Discharge From My Sinus

There is a slimy (medical term?) discharge from my sinus into my throat. Sometimes its so much, I can't help but swallow it. B/C of this, I end up retching and throwing up only a bunch of slimy spewtum that is clear. the retching is usually preceded by a 'tickle' or itch in the far back of my throat. Also, my saliva feels like its on hyperactive. These symptoms occurred after I had 8 teeth pulled from the top jaw of my mouth (4 of which were infected), four months ago. My dentist told me to take a decongestant and Benadryl. My GP has prescribed two rounds of antibiotics, and the symptoms persist. My wbc count is normal.

What type of doctor do you suggest I see to try and stop the flow of fluids and stop the retching.
