There Is A Hard Bump On My Heal
hi i am 15 and there is a hard bump on my heal. it has been there for months and wont go away. it hurts when i run or walk for a long time. i have tried ice, ankle braces, not running, and wrapping my foot. none of them work, what is wrong with my heal?
