Hello,

UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) with Benign prostatic hypertrophy.

Based on the ultrasound report and the urine analysis you seem to be suffering from urine infection due to an enlarged prostate gland. You should consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
