Lab Tests
General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear Faisal, this is a common happening.Sample collection is very important in semen examination. What you might have given for testing might be pre cum not the semen. Please next time collect sample at home and reach the lab within 30 minutes. You can ask them about how to handle the sample once connected.Do not worry, single semen report does not carry much value, have abstinence for 3 days and then go for examination again.

General Surgeon Dr. Rajinder Bajoria's  Response
Welcome to health care magic forum
For semen collection there should be proper ,comfortable room in the hospital area, with privacy & stimulating postures. In my practice I have seen many male need the help of wife to give semen sample ,so we provide very good room neat& clean, with good postures to couples .You can get your semen tested again after three days of abstinence. If still no sperm than get investigated the cause 7 treated.

Wish you good health
