Tendinopathy In Hands And Wrist, Mild Pain. Suggestion?
I have been diagnosed with tendin opathy in my hands and wrested. I have have been out of work for to weeks they seem,it be less painful sinc if I go back will it course me to suffer even more

Treatment for tendinopathy
1.Physiotherapy
2. Hot water fomentation
3. Tablet Brufen
4. Steroid injection if your pain is not responding to above mentioned treatment.
5. Avoid heavy weight lifting
