Teenager. Suggest Activities And Diet Chart To Lose Weight From Stomach, Thighs And Arms

Hi! I am a 14 year old girl and weight about 75kgs and i am 5ft 7inches. I want to reduce weight from stomach, can i use sauna slim belt? And if no then please tell me some activities that i can perform to reduce my fat from stomach, inner and outer thigh and arms. I have a teenage life and i don't want to ruin it by staying fay. Please help me.

hi i understand ur problem.To reduce weight from stomach sauna belt can be used.Pls use it regularly.First I suggest you to make a list of ur food habits n see if u can cut ur fat containing diets n oils.First take a dietician advise.Engage ur self in some form of exercise like brisk walking,jogging,swimming,cycling,tread mill etc.stopworrying about it.work out to reducetheweight.Uwill surely reduce the weight.
