I have a 14 year old son who is having pain in his right testicle and lower abdomen. his right testicle is about the size of a golf ball. when he was 3 years old he had to have surgery to pull his left testicle down. he started puberty about six months ago. we are not sure if this right one is normal size, what should we do?

just see if both testes are of almost same size. is there is gross difference between them, and severe pain then urgently look your nearest doctor, as this could be hydrocele/ torsion testis which is common among adolescent boys as they are masturbating or during sexual activity. so see your nearest doctor urgently
